There's something beautiful to be said about taking care of the body. First, that the body will reward you with pleasurable sensation if you maintain it properly.

Start by incorporating a piece of fruit into your daily routine. It is your daily habits that change your life. After the piece of fruit, do a smoothie for breakfast.

When you feel that is stable, and only then because moving too quickly can cause you to throw away prior progress, add in a salad for lunch. Make it exactly the way you want, with bacon or ranch or water else, and then scale it back slowly. First, change the toppings to vegetables and fruits like tomato and peppers or even avocado. Then, change the dressing to oil and vinegar.

When I figure out a solid pattern for dinner I will let you know, but as of today it is another smoothie with protein added. It is critical that I add the protein here because dinner comes after my work day where I tend to use a lot of energy. Given that protein consumes a lot of energy to incorporate it, I avoid it while working.

Sometimes in the late evening I will have some nut butter with honey, salt, cinnamon and cloves. I generally finish the day with some tea containing cacao, reshi, turmeric, cinnamon and cloves. As I drink the tea I do my gratitude for the day which consists of anything from the patterns of waves to events from the day.
