I feel good! I want to share some of the things I’ve been doing as a kind of summary in effort to both document and express what I have found recently to be successful in my personal life.
Calm meditation, reading, gratitude, improving family relationships, writing letters, doing what I’m passionate about, speaking my truth, honoring my needs and giving back to my community have made me feel extraordinary happy.
Implementing some or all of these habits will add value to your life because they will improve your quality of life. I really can’t emphasize enough how all of this starts in the mind with imagination. As soon as we can get rid of thoughts that limit us, and focus on who we want to become we excel. Living in the present means making thoughtful change today.
